Introduction: We are a small family owned and operated business in the Central Florida area. What an awesome experience it was working with this company! They took over a troubled tile install and troubleshot the job in a way that what seemed like a disaster quickly turned into a beautiful plank tile floor! We had our laundry room and two bathrooms tiled. They did a fantastic job and we will highly recommend them!

They came to replace and paint a garage door. They also replaced a front door lock and fixed a leak in my bathroom. They were professional, reasonably priced and did a great job. We would highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Legacy Painting & Flooring, we always provide our clients with FREE carpet removal on new flooring installations. We also provide discounts year round, ask us for details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we would first have a conversation about the details of the project and location. Then we would schedule a time to look at the property, or ask the client to send us photos, if necessary. From there, we would discuss the process and time required to complete the project. Then we'd schedule a date to begin the project. We may ask for a down payment, especially and typically only with larger projects; which could be given by the client on the first day of project commencing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a company, we have combined, over 30 years of flooring installation and painting experience.
