Introduction: I work with the home owner personally to give them exactly what they are wanting. If they are not sure of what to do I give them a couple different idea's to pick from. What helps meet there needs.not trying to sell any extra work that is not needed. I have over 22 years exp in home and commercial remodeling.
I like to tear out the old and install the new watching my customers faces when they see there new kitchens ,baths,basements etc bringing up property value to homes. I like to turn a empty area into a comfortable useable area.

Dan had great communication. He was very willing to work around our work schedules and come in the evenings, which was a HUGE plus. His rate compliments his work. He gives fair and affordable quotes. Our bathroom tile needed replaced, along with the sub flooring. He also did a couple random fixings around our house as well. However, his attention to detail is not the greatest. We had to point out a couple of issues he did not see, BUT with no hesitation, he did fix them right away. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you Dan
