Charlie is currently working on our house in Pearland and has done an AWESOME job so far! We had him fix our water heater, replace sod in backyard, repaint the interior of the house, replace all flooring, replace front and back door, repair toilets, replace the garage door, and several other odds and ends to get our house ready to sell. My wife, our realtor, and myself couldn't be more pleased with the quality of his workmanship and the speed in which he has gotten everything done. We are 4 hours away and Charlie has made it an entirely painless process. He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Charlie and his crew did an awesome job! I have had bad experiences with contractors before so I explained up front on how I wanted things to happen. Charlie kept me in the loop on everything as I work full time and wasn't able to be at the house all the time. I gave him a budget and he came in under the budget but still did quality work. Charlie is very open and honest about everything and helped me make decisions in a timely and cost effective manner. I have some other projects that I want to have completed once we move in so I will be contacting Charlie again :)

We are extremely happy with the work Charlie D's did for us. Charlie and James installed a water heater, installed floor tile and backpslash in a Jack and Jill bathroom, regrouted our girls' bathroom shower and painted the girls' bedrooms and bathroom. They also installed 7 ceiling fans, a garbage disposal and replaced 2 fluorescent light ballasts. They were friendly, honest, prompt and professional. One thing that stuck out was when shopping for materials, I realized I left my phone in the store after loading the car. They returned and searched up and down the aisles with me until I found the phone.
