- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 - General PC clean up $60 - Virus/Malware repair PC hardware upgrades (installing new PC components) 20$ per hour plus cost of materials I do offer on call IT support service (This is on a contract type basis, price is set per customers needs, I am more than happy to provide free estimates)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+, Net+, Security+ Years of managing my own home server, and multiple systems for family and friends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started on my families original iMac (the old colored all in one CRT versions) Then in middle school my parents gave my a gaming computer for christmas. Most of my experience comes from that old computer because I 'broke' it so many times but was to afraid to tell my parents, so I had to fix it my self. Now; I work for a local ISP as a technical support agent, along with my continued college education in the field of computer science.
