As a buyers agent, the home seller pays the agent's commission. If you'd like me to list I can show you my rates and how they can best for for you and your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a coffee date (or wine) where we talk about your goals and discuss how we can best help you achieve what you're looking to do in the real estate market.
