I did not have a good experience because even though the professional only wanted to schedule to do half the work (the pressure washing - not the staining of the porch), he wanted to be paid the full amount - which is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I my behalf I ask this lady if we could do the job before the date. the lady said yes . On the contract it read to it money now. she didn't want to give the money. P.S. it was a down paryment not pay in full. thank you Dan
