- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never provide pricing without first seeing your situation. There are too many variables such as piping material, brand, accessibility, water conditions, and water pressure, just to name a few. We look over your entire system to ensure we address your problem, not just a symptom of a larger unknown issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We never quote pricing prior to looking at the job first hand. There are just too many variables to quantify. Instead, we come to your home with a laminated price book and explain, in-detail, what your project will entail. We provide you with multiple options so you can make the best investment decision for your unique scenario.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides maintaining our C-36 plumbing license, we also hold a general contractors license (class B). We spend countless hours every year training on new technologies with vendors and manufacturers both in house and at manufacturing facilities. This industry is ever evolving and we invest in our people to be at the forefront of the industry.
