FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every estimate that we do there is a strategic process we run through. We measure every surface, price all the material, and put a figure on labor. We then run the calculations through our estimating program. This gives us a basis/rough draft, but we aren't through yet. Then we look at different methods and any other possible options we can use to help lower costs in any aspect for our customers. We are always running special promotions to make sure that our customer is getting a great price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer we always schedule a face to face appointment. This is to not only figure out the scope of the work, but to also to build a relationship with our customer. We want to know what their goals are and to discuss different options to turn those goals into successes. People have different needs and we are here to accompany everyone of them. Our customers are our number one priority and we want them to feel that way along side the quality of the work we stand behind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally for myself, I started out in a four year apprenticeship school for painting. Along side that was the eight years of on the job training I received. There are many certifications that I hold in this field and with those I hope my customers can feel that they can trust my expertise on their project.
