I purchased a home that was built in the late 50's that had several electrical issues (not up to code, unknown connections, etc.). Two electricians came over and none of them could fix the issues I pointed out, and the worse part, they charge me for their visit. I contacted the owner/electrician of 3JElectric and he was able assess the issues FREE of charge and resolve them immediately at a very low cost, lower than other companies I've dealt with. He will always explain the extent of the work, potential issues, and most importantly, provide options. The owner is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He will always finish his job once started and no dilly-dally! Get an estimate from him and compare it with other operators. I highly recommend this 3JElectric LLC.

I found Caesar through a mutual acquaintance. He has been to our home several times and his work is always excellent. He is undeniably knowledgeable, resourceful, creative and skilled. Some of the work he has done for us has included installation of Recessed LED can lights for our new kitchen, installation of motion sensor porch lights and the list goes on. He also went above and beyond by gathering all the stuff needed for the project and didn't even charged me extra. His pricing is more than fair for the quality of his work. We are just so lucky to have found a trustworthy electrician like Caesar!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
90 an hour for the first hour and I'll give a flexible rate if the job will take more than 3 hours . Sometimes I'll encourage the home owners as an assistant if they are handy . In this application the customer can save a lot of money by off sitting the labor cost because it reduces the labor hours .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would explain the electrical problem and the best solution . I'll make it sure that the customer will save money by doing the best approach and not prolonging the work issues .ill make it sure that my work is up to code compliance .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years in vocational school and 5 years Electrical apprentice program . Been a journeyman for 20 years and work with various electrical contractor . And a licensed Electrical Administrator.
