- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
90 an hour for the first hour and I'll give a flexible rate if the job will take more than 3 hours . Sometimes I'll encourage the home owners as an assistant if they are handy . In this application the customer can save a lot of money by off sitting the labor cost because it reduces the labor hours .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would explain the electrical problem and the best solution . I'll make it sure that the customer will save money by doing the best approach and not prolonging the work issues .ill make it sure that my work is up to code compliance .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years in vocational school and 5 years Electrical apprentice program . Been a journeyman for 20 years and work with various electrical contractor . And a licensed Electrical Administrator.
