I currently have A+ and Network+ certifications as well as I completed a 1 year technical school program.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked at a call center doing technical support and branches out into working for the IT department in my current role. I’ve always love technology and strive to be the best at it.

Many types of customers as I have worked in a call center.
