Introduction: We are a group of friends that shared a passion, which quickly grew into something more. After competing in BBQ with some success, we started being asked to cater parties. Parties turned to large events, then vending. We offer just about any variety of smoked meat that you can imagine, along with cold and hot sides. We have all equipment to cook and serve on site, or deliver and allow you to serve. We will handle all tear down and clean up if that is what you need. We can accommodate any level of service or need. We are clean, professional, and ServSafe certified. We challenge you to find better BBQ in central Iowa. I was a chef for one of the largest caterers in Central Iowa, and am formally trained in Classic French Cuisine, and somewhere along the way, BBQ became my passion. Who would have thought.
