I am a competitive amateur cyclist with goals of losing weight and preparing physically for the upcoming racing season. In order to reach my goals, Rachael has provided me with comprehensive and scientifically-verified nutrition and training plans, enabling me to lose 7 pounds in my very first month (all without losing lean mass).
