Kendra Kerr has a wealth of valuable information about buying and selling a home. One of the best pieces of advice she gave me was meeting with a mortgage application person to obtain the amount of money I could reasonable afford for a home. Then, we looked at various condos and homes in a variety of sale prices and locations. The process was very smooth. Kendra is very experienced and could answer many questions, yet was quick to point out experts if my questions were not in her area of expertise. She was matter of fact and allowed me to make my own decisions.
I am in the process of buying a home. Kendra checks in every few days to ensure actions are on track and to ask if I have any questions.
