Introduction: Yoga is for every body. The health benefits are innumerable and the regular practice of yoga is transformative. I make it my goal to help people identify the personal change that will take place by practicing yoga.
I love helping people see that yoga is a journey and not a destination. Working together, I help take away the mystery of yoga postures and sequences so the practice becomes accessible to each individual client. My greatest feeling of accomplishment is when one of my students becomes hooked on yoga.
