A Plus Logos "hit the head on the nail" with my new logo! With just a brief conversation about my logo needs, they understood what I was wanting to accomplish. It's even better than I could have imagined. I had a few revision requests and with each revision I saw my new logo coming to life! I felt like my needs always came first and it was never a big deal for A Plus Logos to make a change or two. In the end, I'm very pleased with A Plus Logos and the experience I had. They are definitely my new go to designers for any type of graphics I may need in the future and I recommend them to anyone looking to take your logo to the next level!

Stephen tried to design a logo for me but I just settled on a logo refresh. His 24 hr policy - which he strictly adheres to - does not work well for a customer like me, with minor revisions for a single logo, this process took way too long to complete - 10 days.

Thank you for the feedback Gina. I did deliver your initial concept within 24 hours... That is my guarantee, not that I will purposely take 24 hours to deliver each revision. Most, if not all, of your revisions were delivered same day as the request. I think it's also fair to mention that you took 24-48 hours in between each revision to seek the approval of your partner and respond to me. I appreciate your business and wish you the best.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable logo design services, starting from just $25. Option 1: Standard Logo - $25 - Includes a creative text-based logo. Option 2: Premium Logo (Our most popular) - $45 - Includes text logo with basic graphic. Option 3: Pro Logo - $95 - Includes complex logo designs such as Caricature, Mascot and 3D.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have set prices and packages to fit any logo design request. Once we agree on the proper package, you will order online and your concept will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Sometimes we nail it on the first try, other times, the client request a revision or two. We don't stop until you're 100% satisfied and that is why we offer Unlimited Revisions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.
