- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally when meeting with a new customer we will set up a time for the client to meet with us in an office setting to go over the particulars of what they want. We provide the contract and will go over it with the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they can please the crowd. Its not just experience your looking for, its also customer satisfaction.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I usually prefer more details about the event. What time will it be at? How many people are expected to show? What type of drinks would you like served?
