- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and discuss the process with a potential client, explaining the benefits of this type of flooring. Then I measure the intended area and provide a free quote for the work to be completed. We then select the color scheme of their new floor and set a date for the work to be completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work for residential clients doing garages, shops and basements. I have also done commercial work for many types of businesses and in a variety of industries.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The quality of the product is essential. There are a variety of Epoxy and Resin products available. Many are for looks and not very durable. So having the best quality product and someone with many years of installation of this type of product will be important to get the most out of your new floor.
