FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While most SEO companies want you to commit to a full 6 month of services in a contract or even a year in many cases, we believe both parties deserve a trial period prior to committing to longer terms. Let's try our relationship out for a month before going into contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we are going to do is have a face to face meeting. This is where you tell me what you want, what you've done, what has worked and what has not worked. I want to know your goals and I want to make sure you have realistic expectations. I don't make promises to produce miracles. After our meeting we will get to work doing an analyis of your current Web Presence. We'll determine areas that need improvement and research some of the keywords you want to achieve better ranking. We'll produce a report on our findings and request another meeting to discuss the possibilities. Once we agree on what to do we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. Of course, it will take some time to see results but once we've done as we said in the agreed upon time frame we will talk or meet again to discuss in more detail about what you could do to increase your return on investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
