I attended Kate's professional development seminar at the 2015 Society of Women Engineers conference. She chose a topic that was relevant to many conference attendees, career paths and plans for workers 5+ years into their career. People filled the room to capacity and many remained standing against the walls for the full hour. Her talk was well laid out and she did an excellent job relating to her audience and keeping them engaged. All of the information presented was relevant and useful. She even included advice from peers and mentors she had personally interviewed for the presentation. I highly recommend her as a speaker.

I have a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management. In college, I landed an internship every summer, even after my freshman year. I was part of a prestigious leadership program in my first job and rose to a lead engineer at a very young age. I've seen the good, bad, and ugly in the workplace and I can help clients unlock their hidden potential.
