I am a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Counselor. To fit your needs, I successfully blend several techniques and theories of psychotherapy but I mainly practice EMDR therapy. I tailor counseling sessions in order to maximize effectiveness and decrease overall time and money spent in counseling. I do so by getting weekly feedback from you which can be converted to a number then graphed overtime to see an graphic representation of your increased functioning and coping.
