- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing packages. We do offer discounts for referrals and multiple events dates. What ever the customer budget we feel we can meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers; first we make a quote and then follow up to answer any questions the customers may have. If possible before the event we like to come visit the venue to see the layout and help the customer with the flow of their event. We feel like meeting in person before the event make things run so much smoother during the night of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our bartenders have 10+ year bartending in a variety of atmospheres. Many have worked in a restaurants, night cubs, weddings, festivals, sporting events, concerts and many more. Pretty much our bartenders have experience in whatever the customers needs.
