- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for military and kama’aina. We do NOT charge a travel fee unless it’s on an island other than Oahu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please submit a request and we will do our best to respond within the first 5-10 hours after your submission. Please include date you need services, what time you need to be ready, a good contact phone number and the location of preparation. We will do a thorough consultation before beginning your services. We collect a 50% Deposit to book your services and the remainder is due 7 days before services are rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated Cosmetology school in Dallas, Texas in 2002. AVEDA Spa training from 2003-2015 I have been working in the wedding industry since 2008.
