- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there are no discounts because we offer the lowest quote based on the description of the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we would first talk over the phone to determine the degree of the job. we would come to your place to do so if needed. we would then inform you of our step by step process of, rapping packing loading unloading your items . We would then inform you of the materials, tools or equipment if so needed to be provided by you or us to complete this job properly. once that is all been done we will then draw up the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken an online course through U-Haul and have been certified by their program. also have been doing this more than half my life
