- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appetizers cost 2-5$ a person based on the ingredients, and staffing is 25 an hour per staff member present.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the them and goal for the event. Go over budget and then create a menu for the budget that meets the Customer's needs. There are usually a few modifications, and then everything is put in writing. We follow up as the event is coming up, and then it's time for the fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been catering events for 7 years.
