Extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. I worked with Dan when buying my first house and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My wife and I were rushed to buy a home shortly before our lease expired. It was very stressful to say the least. I called Dan, who is a friend from graduate school. He found several properties before we decided to make a bid on a home in Platte Park. We agreed to buy the home shortly after it appraised for over $35k more than the selling price, which made us very confident in Dan's ability to spot a great deal. Soon after, there were several setbacks and delays on the seller's end that caused a massive headache. Dan was diligent, to say the least, at making sure the home closed on time. Sure enough, he pulled through and we have since been very happy in our new home. We could not be happier with the service we received from Total Realty Advisors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally speaking I charge 6% to sell a home. Occasionally property may require that I charge less or more. When I help someone buy a home my fee is nearly always paid by the seller, costing the buyer nothing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I like to meet with my clients in person at their earliest convenience. I find this is the best way to open up rapport with my future clients and learn what their real estate goals are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2010. I am a Colorado licensed Real Estate Broker with my employing broker designation.
