Thinking about my own life, especially my own wedding day and life with kids, I've realized how fleeting these moments are and how precious it is that there are photos to help keep those important memories fresh and vibrant. Photography has deeply reinforced this for me, and additionally shown me how sweet and sacred so many moments are. The moment before you step down the aisle, the moment before you see your groom for the first time on your wedding day, the first days of a newborn and their squeaky breath. These are sacred moments.
