It was really great working with Lynn. She helped me find some nutritional remedies to help me with my issues. I had a lot of issues with digestion and she helped me find recipes to help this. I am very grateful for the help that I received from Lynn !! I have improved a great deal and am in a much better position today than I was one year ago when we first met. Much better diet, regular exercise and reduced usage of prescription medication. Starting to feel like a human again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session is $65 for individual and $125 for couples nutrition counseling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new client will fill out a Diet Journal for about 5-7 days. The client will then meet with a Certified Nutrition Consultant (CNC) at Longevity Wellness. The first meeting involves getting to know the Client, their health history, and health goals. Then the CNC will make diet, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations to help the Client achieve their health goals. Coaching, nutrition education, meal plans, recipes, grocery store tours, and supplement reviews can be provided to assist with the Client's health goals.

Graduate from Bauman College's Nutrition Consultant Program Leader of the Processed-Living Group at Natural Grocers Teacher of nutrition education classes in the community
