- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we typically setup a phone call with the business owner. This is important because we need to make sure that 1) we understand the clients needs 2) ensure that we can help in the right way. We never do business with anyone we can't help. After the assessment, we will design a customized solution that will get the client quick results (new clients, customers, leads), but also develop a sustainable long term digital strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- 6+ years doing digital marketing for all different types of companies - MBA graduate degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Top-15 Business School - Graduate of 5 digital marketing training programs, to include SEO, PPC, SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords - Bachelors degree in Computer & Electronics Technology
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've started up multiple businesses myself, and thus had to "figure out" digital marketing the hard way. My job now is to ensure that small businesses succeed because they can lean on our experience.
