- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make initial contact with a customer and get an idea of their style and then schedule the shoot. After the shoot each photo is edited and uploaded to a personal folder just for the client. From that folder prints can be freely downloaded and/or prints ordered at base lab prices. Upon requests a CD can also be made at no additional charge,
