I received a quote called a few weeks later to confirm the price and get our date confirmed. Talked to Cassie she was super nice over the phone. She placed me on hold to check her calendar to ensure her availability came back confirmed that the date was available and they would call a week in advance for additional details and arrive at 9am on our move date. Well that was almost 2 weeks ago now I receive an email saying they are actually booked on the date of our move. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. The fact is she supposedly confirmed my booking 2 weeks ago. Beware merchant sends out phoney price quotes to increase business but essentially will back out if they can make more on someone else's move. Then she ended the email stating let her know if I could use her cleaning services. The out of state phone number doesn't tie to a business area code/cleaning service/movers/personal shoppers. SCAM BEWARE

Im really sorry that you feel like we cancelled your move because we were trying to profit on a bigger job; HOWEVER that was not the case. We simply double booked and the other job was booked by my business parter. When I talked to you last week I had no Idea that she had booked us for another job. I actually didn't call because of the time. Also, My out-of-state number has been my number for over ten years. Im sorry that you think that this is some kind of scam when it actually was a true mistake on our end by double booking. I hope that you find someone to complete your move successfully and we wish you the best on your new home!

I called last minute from Canada as I had a driver needing help. Blue Cleaning was so accommodating and professional. They arrived as scheduled did an amazing job. Will definatly be using them again.
