We could not have asked for a better crew to pack and move our items. The packing was PerFect! Not one item damaged over rough terrain. The members of Nico's crew are all so polite, professional, courteous...extraordinarily gracious. Anything that was asked of them was done in a friendly manner, no request too outrageous or too simple. Nico explained and consulted with us on his planning through every step of moving. The hours they put into getting us moved by the appointed time were ridiculous! On the last day of moving they worked a 14 hour day, and at one point, there were 6 people working, what a crew! They carried very heavy furniture up AND down narrow steep steps, and helped us at a very critical time in our move. We were down to the wire and they were right in there with us and we got the job done. Thank you all for coming to the rescue so quickly and efficiently for us. I have to say also that it's so refreshing to meet young people with such a strong work ethic. I would hire them again in a second. Nico, we appreciate all that you and your team did for us. Nico and his crew are hard workers. They were on time and went out of their way to accommodate us. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They were swift and careful with our things. I will use their services again for sure.

These guys were great! Three showed up to help move my one bedroom and loft space apartment. It was up two flights of stairs with another flight to the loft and they got it done quickly, quietly, and efficiently. They came on time, called with updates, and were careful with all items. It was pouring rain and they went out of their way to cover valuables and items that might damage in the rain. They even helped me wipe down things when we got to the new house! Would definitly recommend! Nico was very communicative and checked in with me periodically before the move and during the move day. Thank you!

All was well until one of Nico's guys broke my great grandmother's 140 year old rocking chair. We are now discussing how it will be fixed and who will pay for its repair. Other than that, his guys Jacob and John did a good job loading my Uhaul truck. Nico showed up right at the end--I get the feeling he's too busy to supervise his crew properly. Maybe next time they will be more careful with other people's antiques.

Hi Mary! Thank you for your feedback! I'm the sales manager, so I arrived at the end to collect payment. With the exception of the rocking chair comment, I really appreciate the great feedback regarding the crew and their services!
About the rocker: John and Jacob said that they both witnessed you handling the chair with more force than they would recommend for a wooden antique. Jacob informed me that he personally witnessed the moment when the rung fell off of the chair, which was being lifted by you. They also stated that they did not handle the chair at all, but that your helper may have. All I personally witnessed was that you carried the chair out from the storage facility to show me that the rung had fallen off; this was shortly before asking me that I take at least 100 dollars off of your bill..
Considering the information I have to work with, I hope you understand my position when I tell you that my offer to replace the rung pegs myself, with my own hands, is the full extent I am willing to go in resolving this matter.
