- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I like for coaching programs to be about 5 months long. This is a good amount of time to lay down a new groove in the change you want to happen, so it's more likely to stay with you in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an introduction phone call, around 20 minutes, to get an idea of what a new client would like to work on, and then I can go over my process and answer any questions. Then we can schedule the first session.
