- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All bath tubs vary in shape, size, and make, allowing the prices to fluctuate. The same goes for tile walls and bath room sinks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Customer usually calls our office or emails us directly. Discusses the project in mind. After a few simple questions we can determine whether we can quote them over the phone, if a photo should be sent or schedule a day for a mechanic to go on site and give an estimate. It's a quick Q&A that could lead to saving hundreds if not thousands. Our motto is, " it never hurts to ask"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On field, all our mechanics go through an extensive training program to make sure they know their equipment. Safety is trained to be second nature and they all bring to the table some past handy work experiences making them the versatile professionals that service the NY- Tri-state area. In the office, we value customer service and satisfaction, making sure every client, large or small gets treated professionally. Competence and a speedy process is how we link our mechanics to you the customer.
