Steve Efferin was one of the first to respond and gave an honest opinion and a fair quote. We needed the asphalt sealant done quickly before putting the house on the market and he was there the next day. Ours was not an ideal job, but Steve tackled it and we are pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend Efferins Roofing & Asphalt maintenance.

Efferin Roofing and Asphalt Maintenance was outstanding! Everyone was professional, courteous, punctual and competent. They did excellent work. We needed to have our driveway sealed and it was in very bad shape. The Efferins did an amazing job. The finished product is very professional. I would recommend this company very highly. I actually regret that I only have one driveway that needs work. I have dealt with other companies in the past, and there is no comparison. Do not hesitate to hire this company!

In the last wind storm, a piece of fascia trim blew partially off my roof line and needed to be reattached. Steve was quick to provide a quote and was at the house in less than 24 hours to make the repair. While he was on the ladder reinstalling the piece of trim, he also secured the remaining trim to ensure it wouldn't blow off during the next storm. I recommend Steve and will definitely use him again should I need help with another roofing project!
