I am obsessed with Sage. There's not much else to say aside from, "get your asses over there!!!!", but I have no problem going into detail! Every instructor is absolutely amazing. Not only are they all knowledgable in everything fitness/nutrition related, they are the best people to be around. I've been exercising regularly for a long time but Sage is one of the only places that I am willing to get up at 5am to get to, and I am excited to be there. Each class, you feel like you are getting personalized workouts due to their programming and the attention that the instructors give you. They are very strict on form which I love. The classes are hard AF and will always shock you - even active recovery classes. All of the music is always great, they have never repeated a workout, each instructor is fantastic in their own way (I can't pick a favorite but I love you all Danny, Gabe, Logan and Kendall!). Etc. etc. I could go on and on. I have gone through workout phases of HIIT, boxing, tabata, Metcon 3, dance, yoga, pilates, spin, etc. There are aspects of each in SAGE but nothing will get you results like Sage does. I have been working out there since the end of December and I have seen such amazing things happen with my body as well as proof that I have gotten stronger and my endurance has improved. I don't ever want to leave!!!!!!!!!

I moved from Queens a few months ago and still talk about how great Sage is. From the first moment you walk in and get one-on-one time with a trainer to make sure you're preforming the exercises correctly and safely to the millionth time you walk in and if it feels like family, its always a fun place to be. The one thing that I appreciated the most however, was how much the trainers took my injuries into consideration. With a torn rotator cuff and post-tib tendonitis, Danny gave me specific warm-ups to do to help me loosen up these areas, and if there was an exercise I couldn't or shouldn't be doing, Danny and all the trainers were on top of it to modify it to something I could do. I haven't found another gym go through such lengths for injuries. The work-outs themselves were brutal, but everyone is in together and the trainers are always encouraging you to push yourself. The gym is always clean and its obvious they work on keeping all their equipment up to date. I'm praying theres a day when theres a Sage in Brooklyn!

What is there to say? I'm absolutely obsessed with Sage. If you had asked me a year ago if I would ever envision myself lifting weights heavier than my body weight, I would have laughed my head off. I found Sage via ClassPass, and after the most recent price hike, decided Sage was the place for me. I cancelled my ClassPass membership and have been coming to Sage full time. The trainers are absolutely amazing. You always feel like you are getting the attention you need like you're in a personal training session, but with the added benefit of having a small group around you to push yourself. The mix of Strength and HIIT classes leaves you always feeling challenged and satisfied after class. I have Sage to thank for my new found love of exercise. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, or if you are a pro looking to up your workout game and join a great community, look no further than Sage!!

I have been going to Sage for almost 2 years now, and it's one of the best decisions I ever made! I had very little experience in exercising, and now I can't imagine my life without going to Sage almost every day, and having the amazing people I've met there in my life!

Excellent attention given to a healthy schedule and very knowledgable staff. Facility is expertly managed and operated, and the client base is friendly and supportive.
