- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to keep our prices as affordable as possible. We use high quality paint, so our goal isn’t to be the cheapest painting company on the market. Our goal is to give our customers the highest quality paint job for the best price possible. We do offer lower end paints for rentals, or projects that aren’t in need of such high quality paint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our process starts with a simple message. We want to make the process convenient for the customers, so we give them a chance to reach out to us on their terms. After they reach out we set up an appointment. At the appointment we will take a look at the project, and get a feel for what the customer is looking to accomplish by asking a few questions about their project. After we get a good understanding of what the customer wants to accomplish a quote is created. If they are happy with their new quote we set up a time to get started. Once the job is complete we will walk through with the customer to be sure they are completely happy with their new paint job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience painting, and we hire painters that have that same experience.
