In 2007, I developed an internship program within my organization, TSO Events. The internship program lasts approximately 6 months and consists of 10 hours per week in addition to on hand experience at events and weddings. In the past 7 years, I've had an opportunity to work with a number of excited candidates interested in weddings, events, and hospitality. However, I have never worked with anyone as professional, focused, and determined as Adriana Gladness. From the first day of the internship, Adriana arrived at the office with a take charge attitude and she has continuously gone above and beyond. Privy Event Designed my baby shower and as any pregnant women knows in late pregnancy you want to do very little. Everything was handled for me. I gave my color scheme and theme for my shower and Privy did everything else. From the food tonthe decorations it was handled. Adriana was very professional and offered up design ideas I possibly couldn't have concieved myself. She takes your idea and makes it 100x better once she puts her touch on it. She will make sure your event is what you dream and allows for great collaboration on what she can provide and what you invision your event to be. I would recomend her to anyone looking for a greant event planner.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for Planning is as follows: Social Events (birthdays, baby showers, bridal shower, dinner party etc.) Start at $500 Wedding Start at $1,500 *These are the planning prices which may exclude cost of venue, décor and all other vendors. All prices subject to change. Pricing for Decor Design can from from $150 - $500.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will have a 30 min phone consultation with my potential client. If clients would like to meet in person, that is also an option. Once client decides to move forward with Privy Event Design a contract will be emailed which must be signed and deposited paid by the 5th business day following initial consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training consist of a B.S. of Science in Finance, also a plethora of events starting from 2011 to present. I am a certified Wedding and Event Designer. Although Privy Event Design is in its infancy as a business we have worked on many events consulting and assisting.
