I value living with authenticity and awareness. In my free time, I enjoy engaging with my loved ones, participating in triathlon, sailing, scuba diving, and immersing myself in nature. I earned my doctorate degree in counseling from Liberty University and have stayed on at the university as an adjunct professor.
My focus and passion is working with adolescents and women.

She not only brings a genuine sense of compassion to her client sessions, but she incorporates her christian faith and principles into her counseling practice. Dr. Bonnie Bassett has been instrumental in my continued healing and recovery of post traumatic stress disorder. Being in a safe and trusting environment was very important and allowed me to have a strong connection with Dr Bassett. She has walked with me and cared for me through the darkest times of my life.
