Having formerly been a heavy smoker, in the past 10 years or so it’s been more of a social thing but I felt my intake creeping up and i was thinking about it more so i really wanted to try something new in an effort to quit for good. I had read quite a few books including allen carr’s book on quitting smoking and whilst it made it easier to quit i wasn’t able to sustain it for any length of time. Don was really personable and professional and let me know exactly what the hypnotherapy would entail and what i could expect in our sessions. It was a really relaxing experience and I felt so good after our first session that i didn’t smoke between sessions and haven’t had one to date (2 months). Prior to our sessions I was probably having around 5/10 a week but thinking about it a lot. I have been surprised by how quickly i have forgotten about smoking and am so pleased that I found Don and that I’m smoke free, I also thought the cost was really reasonable considering it works.
