- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because your vision is our goal, we begin every project with vision definition. We clearly document your vision and provide and detailed project plan that specifies the what, when, and how. Our projects are not complete until you are happy. We get your signature of satisfaction before we pack up and leave. Happy referrals are always appreciated!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I apprenticed with a master carpenter 20 years ago. I developed an affinity for home remodeling and general carpentry from there and have enjoyed working with my customers ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
90% of our business is delivered in the residential space. Our specialities involve kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling. We also deliver stellar deck and patio solutions.
