Introduction: I'm a former cage fighter. I was a striking coach and training partner to many professional MMA fighters, Boxers, Muay Thai Kickboxers and Jiu-Jitsu grapplers.
I taught classes at 3 different gyms. Had children as young as 5 and my oldest student who I taught private lessons and was in my class was 55.
I love teaching and what it's done for me as well as what I've helped it do for others, improving their life.
My favorite part of it all is the growth I see in people.. Some may want it for self defense, some to compete, some for self confidence but they all end up with the ability to do all three of these.
Right now, I'm only available between 10 AM & 4 PM weekdays. Anytime on the weekend.

Having Qualon has a training partner /coach, was awesome. He knows his stuff, he helped me a lot with my technique, angles, foot work. He especially help me with my fights got me mentally, physically ready to get in that cage and go to war.
