- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your acreage, and we only charge for service after it has been completed. When you sign up, you will see a pending charge for the total amount of the service, this is just our way of ensuring that you are using a valid card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to call you after your first service to make sure everything went smoothly! Sometimes, it takes the first visit to make sure we know how to do your lawn how you like it -- everyone is different!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about when the last time you mowed your lawn was, and what kind of premium services you would like to have (i.e., fertilization and weed control).
