- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Evolve Fitness 360, we have packages that are feasible and budget friendly that works for everyone. The first and most important step before considering pricing is the fitness evaluation process to determine your fitness level and the time it would takes to reach your fitness goals in order to designed and customized programs tailored for your overall fitness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every session with a client is special and beneficial to both parties. It's an opportunity to make a difference and transform lives. Each sessions with a new client would start with a physical assessment test to have a better understanding of the client's fitness level and how best to create an effective workout plan tailored for the client fitness goals going forward. Every sessions would begin with a warm up cardio depending on the workout routine for the day to increase heart rate, joint flexibility and increase endurance level. Type of cardio include but not limited to stair steppers, ladder drills, high knees, elliptical, treadmill, jog in place, jumping jacks, knee ups, butt kickers, mountain climber pulls, step ups, plie squat hops,ski hops, shuffle punches and jump rope. Core stability and strength training is the foundation of my workout training. I also specialized in other areas such as; Aerobics, Weight loss, Crossfit, Pilates, Muscle gain, Muscular definition, Weight training, Bootcamps and Group Fitness, Corporate Fitness, General Fitness, General Nutrition, Online Fitness Training, Rehab and Sports Conditioning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional soccer player with outstanding athletic background and over 5 years of personal training experience, I continue to learn about my work through clinics, seminars and teaching. I also have national rank certifications and qualifications from the International Sports Sciences Association. >Personal Trainer & Fitness Certifications >General Academic & Fitness Education Bachelor's in Business Administration & Management Master's in Sports & Health Science CPR, First-Aid & Concussion certifications
