- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically there is a $55.00 Service Charge for residential properties and a $110 Service Charge for Commercial properties. But no worries, these charges will be applied to the total cost of repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with working with a new customer is to have an initial discussion about the project or repair they are seeking to have done, and what their goals are for the project. I then will do a site visit, to discuss the repair or project in further detail. I like to also discuss the potential budget for the project at this point. This helps make more effective use of both mine, and the clients time. Often times, clients budgets do not fully line up with the actual costs of doing the project. Many times, I am able to work with the client, and find a happy middle ground which meets both budget and guarantees a quality repair or new project.
