When you sign up for weekly or biweekly service, we offer free filter cleanings ( not including sand cost) to keep your pool running at maximum efficiency. We take great pride in our attention to detail; checking your swimming pool equipment for any problems at each visit, before costly repairs or replacement is needed. Our weekly or bi-weekly pool service includes: scoop pool, brush pool, vacuum pool, 6 way chemical check, brush tile line, quarterly filter cleanings (not including sand price), empty automatic cleaner, empty skimmers, clean and inspect all pumps, and adding base chemicals (specialty chemicals not included)

We had an outstanding job performed through Watercolor Pools. We had a 50 year old pool that was in horrible shape (technically had turned into a swamp full of fish, turtles, and frogs!). Watercolor Pools helped us through the entire process of designing, renovating, adding many water spout and waterfall/spa featers and a firepit/bar feature. Our concrete decking had to be partially removed and additional drain installed with completely new plumbing, filter and heater installed. They installed a salt water system and some gas fire features. They added a under water sun shelf with a raised table for an umbrella in the pool. When they were done, it was perfect. We had a 3 year warranty on most everything. So, there have been very few added expenses. The service guy, (Ken) goes beyond the call of duty to help explain every aspect of how to maintain it and repaired a few items not under warranty. Our only drawback was the job took a really long time.to complete. But, most of that was due to a really rough season of rain, cold temperatures and snow. So, it was not completely their fault. The price was reasonable...even though I kept adding additional features each week and the price kept going up... But, again...that wasn't their fault!..that was mine!! Other than that, we have partied in our pool nearly non-stop and loved it. So, we give them 2 thumbs up. We could not be happier... Great service....our pool has never looked better. After three different pool maintenance companies we finally found the best one. All I can say is HIRE THEM..worth every penny!

Great experience from Watercolors! They are very helpful when it comes to educating me on the pool chemistry. Also they do a tremendous job servicing my each month. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic! They not only built my pool but they also provide the maintenance services. I had a problem after the warranty expired and they stood by their original work and didn't charge me anything for a major repair. Prompt, always looks great. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting price is $75 a visit, up to 35000 gallon swimming pool. Services include: scoop pool, brush pool, vacuum pool, 6 way chemical check, brush tile line, quarterly filter cleanings (not including cost of sand), empty auto cleaner bag, add salt (salt is charged per bag), empty skimmers, clean and inspect all pumps, adding base chemicals (specialty chemicals not included)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contact us, we provide them with our "Maintenance Agreement Form" and we begin service on a regularly scheduled basis (weekly or bi-weekly). They are invoiced at the end of the month for all services within that month.
