They came to me, met with me personally, laid out a tangible plan, explained to me exactly what all was going on with my credit and how to fix it then told me to sit back and follow a few steps. It was the most painless and professional experiences I have ever had especially when it comes to credit, because people can get a little restless about that. My credit jumped over 100+ points since I started working with them and I even bought a new car simply because they did what they said they would do.
