- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We truly believe each event is unique. We have a package based system starting at three different price points. We offer the clients the ability to create their own custom package for their event choosing how long the photo booth is setup for, if photo prints are necessary, ability to upgrade to deluxe backdrops or props and if they want a video for the event as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss details of the event that is planned including the type of event, what type of backdrop and props are desired and if there are any special request. When everything is confirmed, our team goes to work making sure everything is in order for the day of the event. We also check in with our clients throughout the process to ensure we're updated on any changes and to address questions/concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of a photographer, stylist, and business manager. Together we create the perfect experience that creates lasting memories!
