Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I assist clients in improving their health and fitness by using the knowledge and resources I have to restore each person's body back into balance or homeostasis. If the body is not in balance, compensation begins to happen, then muscle imbalances- these imbalances can cause minor aches and pains, training plateaus, or injuries. I achieve results with clients by laying a foundation of balance and then better muscle tone, a faster metabolism, and improved body composition come along with an individualized, scientifically based fitness program. It is nice to help someone improve the quality of their life. Whether that be relief of chronic pain, an improved fitness level, or overcoming of fears or obstacles.

By way of background, I am a 50-year old man who has worked with multiple trainers across the past 5 years, most recently with some of the trainers in the Forum at Buckhead. I was recommended A Daily Regimen and Daniel after I hurt my back seriously. My injury was a wake up call that I needed to do more than lift weights and run and do pilates, but really needed somebody to diagnose my physical capabilities and help me design a customized plan tailored to my abilities. I went in for a consult and was delighted that Daniel was able to pinpoint the precise areas where I needed to focus if I was to continue to workout while avoiding injuries. For the past few months we have been working together on targeted exercises to ensure that I better engage my glutes when I run, and to strengthen my lower back. Daniel has also been teaching me how to improve my running form. I can honestly recommend Daniel with enthusiasm. If you are over 40, irrespective of your level of fitness, you owe it to youself at minimum to go in for his 90 minute diagnosis session. Whether you choose to go on is upto you, but my experience suggests that this 90 minute session is the single best thing you could do this year!! Unfortunately at 40+ where we most need hlp is balance, flexibility and injury-free form. These are ignored by most trainers who focus on maximizing the weight you lift and inches you lose. Daniel truly focuses on what you need for the next 20 years.

I have had the opportunity to work with Daniel as my trainer for the last 2.5 years. He has an innovative approach to training; it is not just about getting a work out in, it's about being the best you when it comes to working with Daniel. He focuses on the long term goal thru corrective exercise and customizing each workout, each session, to each individual. He is constantly bettering himself thru continuous education which is reflective in his clients' continuous improvements. I started with Daniel thinking that I would get in shape for my wedding and be done. I am now expecting my first child and will work with Daniel as long as I am able and for a long time after I have my child! I can't picture training with anyone else.

I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. He is thoughtful and intentional, and a highly knowledgeable and insightful trainer (and human). Daniel truly cares about getting you healthy and that is evident in every workout with him. He has a comprehensive approach to training, and implements a program specific to your full mind/body needs. Every workout is challenging, but Daniel is encouraging and provides enough guidance so you can be successful. I have had great results working with Daniel, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone – whether your goals are to get back into fitness or more advanced/sport-specific, Daniel has the ability to generate results.

Having over 30 years of experience as a doctor of physical therapy, I can honestly attest that Daniel Beasley is BY-FAR the most knowledgable well rounded trainer that I've witnessed training clients. His training exceeds the standard and would compare to what I see in high level physical therapy and sports rehab clinics (he actually has more knowledge of rehab and exercise than most of my colleagues - difficult to say but true). He has the ability to train the client who has difficulty getting up off the floor to the high level elite athlete. He is continuously pushing himself to learn more and expand his current knowledge base...which as a health care professional, I must say that in all fields of science; our understanding continues to evolve and change...but there are few of us who keep up with current data/research. I have no hesitation referring any patient, friend or colleague to Daniel. Savas Koutsantonis, PT, DPT

Daniel is thorough, thoughtful and a good listener. He regularly asks how my body feels before and after a workout, and adjusts to particular issues. Daniel keeps track of my progress and has increased resistance and weights to my sessions as my body has grown stronger and more balanced. One more thing: Daniel never looks at his phone during our workouts. He is focused on me. So many other trainers are texting and fooling around on their phones...
