Move was going well until the damaged my refrigerator, since they didn't wrap it. Scratched the front and dented the top. They also damaged my daughters desk and said it was already damaged. They took pictures of fridge and promised someone would call to either fix it or settle with me. I hadnt heard from anyone. Then they advised me they are only required to pay 60 cents per pound of any item they break or damage. Wants to pay me $150 for damage to 3k fridge. DO NOT USE THESES GUYS. I needed to move storage unit into my apartment. Thought I could do it by myself so I rented a 15ft Uhaul truck managed to pack to truck but knew I wouldn't be able to unpack it into apartment and take it up 3 flights of stairs.
