We offer up to 15% discounts for reoccurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to understand their needs. Getting your home ready for a new baby and a traveler that wants maintained cleaning while they are on the road will require different steps in making and keeping our new customer happy. Once we have completely identified your needs we then gather all of the pertinent information needed to complete the job and confirm with you the cleaning technician that will be servicing your home/facility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning technicians receive individual and on the job training about products, procedures and disposal practices before ever being allowed in the field alone. These training allows us complete confidence in our jobs being completed accurately and efficiently.
